  I have been having issues with the charging port on my laptop for a while and finally decided to take it in for repair. I looked up Computer Rehab on Google and went there since they were only a few miles from the house. Once I was finally acknowledged by the owner he informed me that he thought the issue was my cable not the charging port and asked to take it in the back for a look. I agreed and we went thought the door into the back room. When he opened the door I could see that he had a friend were watching a movie on a projector screen. The movie was paused, and I heard the friend ask if he was almost finished so that they could continue the movie. A few minutes later he came back up front and let me know that it was not my cable, and said that it must be my port. He then informed me that he had the part in stock, and that because my laptop is a gaming laptop he it would be a little more expensive for labor and because of the added labor he would need to take my number and call me if he decided that it was "Something he wanted to get into". I did not mind paying a little extra for the repair, but I do not like being brushed off by an owner so that he can finish a movie with a friend. If he would rather not work for the day, he should hang a closed sign on the door, and allow customers to go to a competitor because this is what happened anyways. Oh and my repair was 1/3 what he quoted me...I would recommend skipping Computer Rehab and saving money with any other computer repair business.
