  We learned it the hard way. I wish that I had read the reviews before purchasing kitchen granite from them. They use 'get it quick before it goes this weekend' tactic on us. We're young and pretty naive so we fell for it. Also, I guess we felt that we couldn't go wrong because the salesperson Anna was so friendly. Well, she's not so friendly after calling her back when there's a problem. The slabs they use on our countertops were badly chipped (they call it pits). They promised to come back to fill them; someone by the name of Derrick (with an attitude) did finally come after missed appointments. He was only able to fill deeper holes. He said that he's not able to fill the shallower ones and that he would immediately call to ask his manager to call me back. Well, after a week, I finally called again because we didn't get any call back from him. When I finally did get a hold of their manager named Daniel and explained to him our dissatisfaction and asked if he'd like to come take a look at the poor quality of the granite, he said that it wouldn't be necessary and that he would ask his owner. Well, a week went by, no answer. So I called back. He obviously had forgotten and said that he would need to come out and take a look at it. Well, he never showed up and never called to cancel the appointment. To make the story short, after 2+ months of us calling and their missed appointments, they're telling us that there's nothing they can do. We made our attempt to call the owner and it's been 2 weeks, no call back. A company with NO integrity and poor quality material. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
